At Cliftons most all of the food we serve is prepared from scratch. We buy the finest quality ingredients, and use time tested recipes to produce what we feel is the best "comfort food" in town. Ala carte pricing allows you to customize your meal to satisfy you own personal taste.

A large variety of salads are prepared and served fresh daily. Try our "Salad Sampler" your choice of four small salads on one large plate.

Two soups are featured daily. Navy Bean, Split Pea, Clam Chowder, Cream of Broccoli, and Turkey Rice are some favorites.

A large selection of fresh baked breads are yours to choose from. Country Style Cornbread, Yeast rolls, Mini Loafs, Texas Toast, Jalapeño Cheese Rolls and many more.

Daily: Roast Turkey and Beef, Ham and Brisket, all carved by hand to order. We usually have two fish items, like Baked Halibut and Grilled Cod, along with chicken dishes like Chicken Teriyaki or Cacciatore, Pork Spare Ribs, Lamb Shanks, Pastas, and of course Enchiladas. Most entrees include an accompaniment like scalloped potatoes, lemon rice.

Eight different vegetables everyday may include, Spinach, peas, carrots, corn, zucchini, candied yams, baked squash, black eyed peas, sauteéd mushrooms, fried eggplant and of course, whipped potatoes, and our very famous macaroni and cheese. Like vegetbles? Try a "Vegetable Plate" your choice of four vegetables on one large plate.

We offer a wide variety of freshly made Pies, Cakes, Custards and Puddings. Some favorites are our famous Apple pie with vanilla sauce, Pecan Pie, Carrot Cake, and great Tapioca.

At Clifton's we have a special meal for kids under 12 called "The Treasure Tray". It is well balanced and very popular, served on a special tray. The Treasure Tray features an entree like a chicken leg, spaghetti or beef patty with a vegetable, mashed potatoes or macaroni, and jello or pudding. Kids also get to choose a toy from our "Treasure Chest."
